We love our luminous city and we offer our guests a unique treatment to make sure their experience is unforgettable. We are available 24/7 to help you. Let me tell you what it is that I love about our building…
It is a little historic building built at the beginning of the 20th century that we have just restored. If you have a look at the photographs, you will see that our team of architects and restorers have made a fabulous job. They respected the ancient elements within the common areas and built seven high-quality apartments with a level of sophistication that is unusual in tourist apartments.
The ensemble is really cosy, and it makes me feel at home. That is exactly what I wish for my guests: that they enjoy a stylish apartment within a charming historic enclave.
You can choose among our Lofts (35 m2), which have 3 balconies oriented to Plaza Balmis, our Superior Apartments (45m2) with an independent bedroom and 2 balconies oriented to calmed Limones street, or our crown’s jewel: the Deluxe Apartment. We only rent this one for a minimum of 6 nights and I am incapable to describe with words its sophistication… You have to see the photographs.

Balmis Plaza Apartments is located right in the heart of Alicante, at Plaza Doctor Balmis, an enclave with little traffic. It is just 180 metres from the sea and the famous Paseo de la Explanada, and one minute walk from Alicante's main shopping area and from the quirky little streets where you'll find terraces, restaurants, breweries and all different types of cuisine.
From there you can walk to the beach, visit the old town and the Teatro Principal, or ride the elevator up to Santa Bárbara Castle, etc.
If you are looking for a real Alicante experience, away from the most touristic area, this is your place to be. I will be delighted to receiving you!
