"Perfect place to stay"
A lovely apartment perfectly situated for both the waterfront and the city. It was very clean, well equipped and the little balcony made all the difference. Loved listening to city life below. Xavi made check in so easy and was always there for any questions.

"Excellent location"
Spacious apartment off a lovely square central to shops and restaurants. Walk out the door and there are dozens of places to eat at. The sea is a very short stroll away. Perhaps a 15 min walk along the boulevard to the beach. Beach towels were supplied free of charge by Xavi which was a nice bonus. Apartment had all mod cons.

"Balmis Plaza Apartments"
Het was een plezier om in zo'n mooi, proper, modern appartement te verblijven!!Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig zoals broodrooster, waterkoker, wasmachine, afwasmachine en zoveel meer..De mooie patio was de kers op de taart!!!Voor de beheerder niets dan lof !!Altijd ter beschikking en een zeer vriendelijk, aangenaam persoon !!Muchos gracias, Xavi!!!

"Destination Alicante"
Not quite a last minute booking but very late for us. We did little planning so were not sure what to expect but Balmis Apartments were perfect. Great location, good facilities and safe neighbourhood. You could walk everywhere and the city was easy to navigate. Had some lovely food and really enjoyed the restaurant, Manero, downstairs from our apartment.
